Product Overview
This high-precision material testing machine employs a hydraulic power source, electro-hydraulicservo control technology, and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automatic testing. Its main structure consists of a test frame, shear frame, rotationangle measurement frame, main hydraulic power unit, and electrical control system. The maximumtest force is 10,000 kN, and the testing machine has an accuracy class of 0.5.
Application Range
Primarily used for mechanical testing of various bridge-type plate and pot-type rubber bearingsunder complex loading conditions involving compression and shear forces. It can perform axial andradial compression tests, shear tests, and rotation angle measurements. Specific tests includecompressive strength, compressive elastic modulus, shear bond performance, shear aging, frictioncoefficient, and rotation angle of rubber bearings. It is also capable of measuring elastic modulusand compressive properties of other materials such as concrete specimens.
