On June 11th, the EducationPlus 2025 (Sichuan) International Vocational Education Conference and Industry Education Integration Expo, jointly guided by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, the German Federal Institute for Vocational and Technical Education and Training, and hosted by the Shandong Provincial Industry Education Integration Comprehensive Service Platform, opened in Chengdu. The conference, with the theme of "Developing New Quality Productivity and Empowering Education Internationalization", gathers domestic and foreign vocational education forces. Through various forms such as academic seminars, exhibitions, innovation competitions, teacher training, and enterprise training, it aims to showcase the latest achievements in vocational education and industry education integration at home and abroad, strengthen international cooperation and exchange in vocational education, and promote the modernization of vocational education.

Shi Jing, member of the Education Working Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Education Department, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. She said that in the past five years, Sichuan vocational education has taken the "integration of industry and education" as the main line, from Deyang Heavy Duty Vocational Education Cluster to Yibin "Power Battery Industry and Education Park", from the "Digital Craftsman" training plan to the "the Belt and Road" vocational education overseas action, and has handed over a heavy answer sheet. In the future, Sichuan vocational education will anchor the "Three Breakthroughs" and bravely stand at the forefront of reform, making Sichuan vocational education a "Silk Road relay station" connecting the world and making Chinese vocational education standards go global.

Chen Youliang, former second level inspector of the Development and Reform Commission of Shandong Province and director of the Shandong Province Industry Education Integration Comprehensive Service Platform, attended the opening ceremony of the conference and delivered a speech. He pointed out that in today's world, open cooperation is the trend of the times, connectivity is the trend of development, and deepening the integration of industry and education and promoting the internationalization of vocational education are the only way to address global challenges and achieve common prosperity. The platform has always been committed to integrating industrial and educational resources from China and the world, building an international organization that integrates industry, talent, and technology for deep development, injecting new momentum into global industrial development and talent cultivation.

During the conference, the platform simultaneously released two major projects, the "European Industry Education Integration International Demonstration Park" and the "Central Asia Industry Education Integration International Demonstration Park", and announced plans to hold the "2025 China Electromechanical Equipment Exhibition and Sales Fair" and the "Industry Education Integration International Seminar and Project Cooperation Symposium" in Hungary in September this year.

This is not only an important achievement of the platform's phased work, but also a new starting point for future deep cooperation, marking a solid step forward in building international communication bridges and cooperation platforms.

The conference covers an area of 12000 square meters, with over 400 participating enterprises and universities, and 4000 attendees; More than 10 educational institutions and business representatives from countries including Germany, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Hungary were attracted to participate in the event.
